    Molen de Hoop Stokbroodmix baquette 500gr is a perfect mix for baking traditional baquettes at home. You can then serve the baquettes however you like. Fill the baguettes with the toppings of your choice and eat them for breakfast or lunch, for example. You can also serve the breads as a delicious side dish with a tasty homemade soup, for example. Of course, you can also slice them into small slices and serve them as snacks with a tasty dip. However you serve the baquettes, it will always be a great success. Fresh home-baked baguettes are the most delicious!

    Recipe for 4 small baquettes
    500g Molen de Hoop baguette mix, 15g fresh or 7g dry yeast and 280g water.

    Procedure
    1. 
    Make a dough with the above ingredients in the breadmaker.
    2. Immediately after kneading, divide the dough into four parts.
    3. Roll out each part slightly lengthwise.
    4. Allow the parts of dough to rise for 30 minutes.
    5. Then form the parts of dough into baguettes.
    6. Place the baguettes on baguette trays or baking paper.
    7. Now let the loaves rise for 90 minutes, preferably do so at a temperature of 26°C.
    8. Preheat the oven to 220-230°C.
    9. Cut 3 light slices into each loaf with a sharp baguette knife, you should cut these at an angle.
    10. Bake the baguettes for about 20 to 25 minutes with preferably some steam.
    And your fresh home-baked baguettes are ready, enjoy!

    About Mill De Hoop
    Mill De Hoop is a high windmill built in 1850 by H.B Meyer and 2 years later it was taken over by the Pijnappel family. As a result, the mill owned by this family for many years.  Since September 2014, Jan and Jan and his wife Henriëtte have run the now grown business Gruttery-Mill "De Hoop" Oud-Zevenaar to the current operators: Frits and Maaike Botter. Frits is the miller and keeps the records, while Maaike runs the gruttery and handles the purchasing of luxury and gift items arranges. It's hard work, but fortunately for the family it feels more like a hobby. Together, they make sure the mill keeps running.

    Mill de Hoop supplies raw materials, such as flour and flour but also high-quality bread mixes and cake mixes. It is therefore not surprising that these products are very popular among hobby and home bakers who order from Baktotaal.

    Ingredients
    Wheat flour, baker's salt, sourdough powder (wheat), dextrose, wheat gluten, flavouring (barley), enzymes (wheat), emulsifier(E322, E482, E472e), flour improver(E300, E920). This product is produced in a facility that also processes gluten-containing cereals, nuts, sesame seeds and milk.
