But there are also templates for smaller galettes, and then you can make 36 or 45 at a time. All you have to do is melt the required chocolate and pour it into the mould. Then smooth it out and let the chocolate solidify. After that, simply tap the galettes out of the mould, and your delicious chocolates are ready.
