When can I expect my order?
PostNL standard: Ordered on Mon to Fri before 10pm, shipped the same day and delivered the next day*.

*PostNL delivers parcels the next day in 99% of cases. For orders shipped to Belgium, 85% are delivered the next day. German customers should expect 2-3 days delivery time. 


Can I track my order?
You will receive a track & trace link of your parcel by e-mail. With this link you can track the shipment. Did you not receive an e-mail? Please contact our customer service.


Can I still change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order after it has been placed. Do you want to cancel your order? Please contact our customer service team.


Do I pay shipping costs?
Orders above €75,- incl. VAT and up to 100 kg will be shipped for free with PostNL.
Orders over 100 kg are shipped via our pallet carrier Mainfreight and are free of charge from €350 incl. VAT. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the checkout process.


What delivery options are available?
We offer many delivery options with different carriers. Please check the current overview on the Delivery time and delivery page.


What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, it will be delivered to the nearest collection point or to your neighbours. The track & trace code tells you where you can pick up the parcel.


My order is not to my satisfaction, how can I return it?
Of course, products that are not to your satisfaction can be returned. See the returns page for more information.
