Making glaze

You can easily process the glaze. Heat a pan to a temperature of about 45 degrees Celsius. Avoid letting the product get too hot, as it will split. Therefore, gentle heating is important. You can also do this au bain-marie: place a bowl in a pan of boiling or nearly boiling water.
