With the SuperGlaze Bronze Shiny Powder 175g, you can make a beautiful glaze for on your treat. This product comes in a powder form. All you need to make the glaze is some liquid. This can be water, but for a different flavour you can also add fruit juice. Then you can get to work decorating the pastry.
If you like a thick glaze, add more powder. Do you want it thinner? Then add some extra liquid.
Use: the recommended dose is 1 teaspoon of liquid to 4 teaspoons of powder. Mix until the powder is completely dissolved. You can then apply the substance to the baking with a spoon or pastry brush.
