There are two types of chocolate hollow moulds: one-piece and two-piece. With one-piece hollow moulds, it is often possible to use them 'doubly.' This means that you fill a one-piece mold with chocolate twice, let it harden, and then attach them together. Two-piece hollow moulds are often professional moulds that can be attached together (usually with special clamps).
