Cashing online
The Baktotaal Gift Card is redeemable in the Baktotaal webshop. To redeem the gift card, choose Baktotaal Gift Card in the payment screen. If the order amount is higher than the balance on the gift card, the remainder must be paid via iDeal or another payment method.
Method:
- Go to the payment screen and choose Baktotaal Gift Card.
Enter the 19 digit card number and 5 digit Internet verification code (PIN).
Click on ''Add gift card'', the credit on the gift card will now be deducted.
If the amount on the gift card is insufficient, you can pay with another means of payment.
Note!
Do you still have a Baktotaal Gift Voucher as shown below? To use this gift voucher, you can enter the discount code in your order (in the shopping cart). The discount will then automatically be deducted from your order. This gift voucher must be used in one go.
General terms and conditions Baktotaal Gift Card
The conditions below apply to the Baktotaal Gift Card and are in addition to the General Conditions.
The Baktotaal Gift Card is valid for two years from the day of purchase.
The Baktotaal Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash.
If you have returned something paid for in full with a Baktotaal Gift Card, the credit spent will be put back on a new gift card. You will receive this by e-mail.
Loss, theft and/or damage
Baktotaal is not responsible or liable for theft, damage or loss of the Baktotaal Gift Card. There is no refund of the credit on the gift card in question.
These General Conditions applied to the Baktotaal Gift Card may be amended from time to time. We recommend consulting these conditions regularly and before each use of the gift card.

Does the balance on the gift card have to be spent in one go?
No you don't, you can use the balance on a gift card as many times as you like until the balance on the gift card is fully spent.
How long is the balance on Baktotaal Gift Card valid?
The Baktotaal gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
Can I add credit to the Baktotaal Gift Card again?
You cannot add credit to the Baktotaal Gift Card again. For this you need to purchase a new gift card.
I want to return my order. Will I receive a new gift card in addition to my money?
If you have returned an order that you paid for in full with a Baktotaal Gift Card, the credit spent will be transferred back to a new gift card. You will receive this by e-mail.
