Colouring and flavouring Brand New Cake Fondant Glaze

Use Instructions Brand New Cake Fondant Glaze White 1kg
1. Take the desired amount of fondant and heat it in a pan or au-bain Marie while stirring to 40-45 °C.
2. If necessary, dilute the fondant with 5-10% water.
3. Brush the fondant glaze over the pastry with a glazing knife or dip your pastry in the fondant.
4. Allow the fondant icing to harden and then serve the pastry.
