The fondant icing is easy to use and after curing, the white icing gives off a beautiful shiny layer. Want to make it a total party? Then you can sprinkle sprinkles on top of the fondant icing. How to use

1. Heat the glaze fondant au-bain marie to 39°C. 
2. Then apply a thin glaze fondant to your product as desired. This can be done with a glazing knife. 
3. Let the fondant harden. It will then get a beautiful glossy coating.
