With this fondant icing you will create a beautiful shiny and blue layer on all your creations. In addition, you can easily place sprinkles on your treats with this icing. 

How to use

1. Heat the icing fondant au-bain marie to 39°C. 
2. Then apply a thin icing fondant to your product as desired. This can be done with a glazing knife. 
3. Let the fondant harden. It will then get a beautiful glossy coating.
