Bakels Glaceerfondant (flattened fondant) White 14 kg
Bright white flattened fondant/glaceerfondant for use in fillings and creams and, of course, for glazing pastries. Think also of pink cakes, tompouces, etc. The product is freezer-resistant.
Use instructions for glazing:
Take the desired amount of fondant and heat it in a pan or au bain Marie while stirring to 40-45 °C.
The fondant can be diluted with 5-10% water as needed.
Flight the fondant with a glazing knife over the pastry or dip your pastry in the fondant.
Glace fondant is also great to colour with 1 of our colours of gel dye. You can also add flavourings such as mocha or chocolate (moorkop) to the fondant. The fondant is also very suitable for making (long-life) fondant cream.

Sugar, glucose syrup, water, emulsifier E471 (rapeseed).
