Make your own delicious baguette using this rise basket. This dough rising basket gives both support and shape to the baguette dough during rising. This artisanal rising basket is made from the cane type of Rattan and is of high quality. 

To keep the rising basket clean you can use a designated linen cloth. 

Using the Rising Basket Cane Stick Bread

1. Sprinkle the dough rising basket with some rice flour or flour.
2. Deep the bread dough into the rising basket.
3. After the rising process, carefully turn the basket over a baking tray or bread board.
4. If you gently tilt the basket back and forth, the dough often already lets go.
5. Make sure the bread dough lands gently in the baking tin or on the bread board.
6. Clean the proofing basket by removing the dough residue with a hard brush or the Brand New Cake Cleaning Brush. In addition, lightly pat the basket. 

Please note: The dough rising basket is only suitable for rising dough, so not for actual baking of bread. In addition, this rising basket should not get wet in any way. This is to prevent mould.
