Add a little Patidess Strawberry to your buttercream and you will have a delicious strawberry filling that is perfectly flavoured in no time. In addition, you can also add the Patidess Flavourpaste Strawberry Fizzy Sour to your ice cream, parfait or bavaroise to give a delicious twist to your dish. 

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish.

Starberries, sugar, glucose syrup, natural flavourings, citric acid, stabiliser: pectin.
