Cherries are a classic flavouring. With its fresh-sweet flavour, this little fruit can be combined with a whole host of other ingredients. From the sweetness of pancakes with vanilla ice cream to savoury game dishes.

The cherry is also a popular fruit in patisserie. Think of the well-known cherry pie or cherry bonbons. It is therefore not surprising that Patidess has included this flavour in its range. Patidess Flavoured Cherry Paste is a concentrated, natural flavouring in which adding 35-70 grams per kilo is enough for a delicious, subtle cherry flavour.

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish.
