Passy fruit, a delicious tropical flavour but incredibly difficult to buy. But fortunately, there is Patidess Passion Fruit; a natural flavouring that gives the taste of real passion fruit. Perhaps the biggest advantage: Patidess Passion Fruit contains no seeds. Patidess Passion Fruit can of course be added to the usual cake fillings, buttercreams, ice cream or bavaroise. In addition, you can also add the flavour paste to your apple pie filling. This way, that typically Dutch classic gets a surprisingly tropical touch.  

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish.

Glucose syrup, sugar, passion fruit juice, food acid: citric acid, stabiliser: pectin, flavourings, colouring: E101i.
