Bos fruit is a widely used flavour when making cakes, cupcakes but also desserts or ice cream cakes. The blueberry flavour is always a combination of blueberries, raspberries and blackcurrants. It is precisely this combination that makes the flavour so popular. Naturally, Patidess Flavoured Pasta Blueberry is suitable for sprinkling through buttercream or cake fillings, but also consider delicious blueberry bavaroise or blueberry ice cream.

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish.

Sugar, fruit juice and pulp (35%) (blueberry, blackberry, redcurrant), glucose syrup, hibiscus and carrot extract, food acid (E330), thickener (E440), flavouring, colouring (E163).
