Are you also fond of the flavour of cinnamon? Then use this Patidess Flavouring Pasta Cinnamon to quickly and easily add a delicious flavour of cinnamon to your dish! Ideal for various cake fillings and toppings such as buttercream, whipped cream or bavaroise. But you can also add the flavour paste to various batter types (for example, to those of cupcakes, biscuits and muffins) as well as to your chocolate ganache.

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish.
