Add a little Patidess Vanilla Flavouring Paste to your product and you'll have a nice full vanilla flavour without the hassle of vanilla pods or dosing essences or extracts! Patidress Vanilla Flavourpaste contains real vanilla (essence is an artificial vanilla flavour, for instance). 

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish. 

Ingredients
Glucose syrup, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, modified starch, flavouring, caramel sugar, food acid: citric acid, salt.
