Add a delicious apple pie flavour to your dish in no time with this Patidess Flavourpaste Apple Pie! Ideal for various pie fillings and toppings such as buttercream, whipped cream or bavaroise. But you can also add the flavour paste to various batter types (e.g. those of cupcakes, biscuits and muffins) as well as to your chocolate ganache.

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish.

Glucose syrup, sugar syrup (sugar, water), apple juice (20%), flavourings, food acid: citric acid), modified starch.
