This Patidess Flavourpaste Hazelnut is perfect for flavouring bavaroise, parfait, ice cream, buttercream and other fillings. In addition, the flavour paste is also excellent for use through a batter. This paste gives a delicious hazelnut flavour to your dishes without adding real hazelnuts. 

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish.
