With the Patidess Flavour Pasta, you can quickly and easily add a delicious flavour of blueberry to your dish! Ideal for various cake fillings and toppings such as buttercream, whipped cream or bavaroise. You can also add the flavour paste to various types of batter (e.g. cupcakes, biscuits and muffins) as well as to your chocolate ganache.

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish.
