Speculaas, a typical Dutch delicacy with that typical spicy flavour consisting of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger powder, cardamom and white pepper. Patidess Speculaas has this flavour and is processed in such a way that it is easy to add to your dish. Provide your dish with this flavour paste and enjoy a delicious speculoos flavour. 

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish. 

Ingredients
Glucose syrup, sweetened  condensed milk, cocoa, flavourings, sugar, egg yolk, caramel sugar, cinnamon, food acid: citric acid, salt, antioxidant: E307.
