Patidess Flavoured Pasta Mocha 100g
Delicious mocha (coffee) flavouring from Patidess. Allows you to easily and deliciously flavour cake fillings such as: buttercream, bavaroise and whipped cream. You can also use this product through whipped cream. This Patidess Mocha consists of natural ingredients and contains no artificial colours or flavours. 

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish. 

Ingredients
Sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oil (groundnut) crunch of hazelnuts, flavourings, sugar, soy protein, emulsifier, soy lecithin.
