Mango, a delicious fruit originally from India. There, this fruit is so popular that almost the entire harvest is consumed by itself. A properly ripe mango has a delicious sweet fragrance and flavour. A well-ripe mango can be perfectly combined with other exotic flavours such as coconut or lime, but apple/mango is also a common combination. How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish.
