Recipe
400g limoncello cake mix, 175g (cream) butter, 4 eggs (200g).
Procedure
1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 170°C (hot-air oven 150°C).
3. Mix the butter until soft. Add the cake mix and 4 eggs and beat the batter for four minutes on a low setting, until smooth.
4. Grease a cake tin about 25 cm long.
5. Spoon the batter into the mould and bake the cake in the middle of the oven for about 55 minutes.
6. Remove the cake from the baking tin immediately after baking and leave to cool further or a wire rack.
