Making oatcakes has never been easier! With this mix from Brand New Cake, all you need to add is butter and an egg. Will you go for a round oat cake or go for all different shapes? We have a lot of fun cutters in our range that you can endlessly vary with different shapes. 

Recipe
400g oat biscuit mix, 200g (cream) butter, 1 egg (50g).

Procedure
1. Mix all the ingredients into a dough and make a roll about 6 cm in diameter. If necessary, add pieces of chocolate or nuts to taste.
2. Let the batter rest in the fridge for an hour.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
4. Cut slices about 2 cm thick and place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof baking paper. If you work with onion sticks, you can roll out the dough and cut out the dough and then place on the baking tray. Bake the biscuits for about 20 minutes. 

Ingredients
Wheat flour, sugar, Oatmeal, wheat powder (milk) caramelised sugar, raising agent E500, salt, flavouring.
