Brand New Cake Churros mix 400g
You can smell the delicious aroma of churros at the market from metres away. With this Churros mix from Brand New Cake, you will not only have churros in the market, but also in your own kitchen. You can serve churros for dessert, but they are also delicious as a sweet snack. To make churros even more delicious, sprinkle them with powdered or cinnamon sugar or dip them in chocolate. Recipe
400g churros mix, 500ml water, 4 eggs size M (200g,) 200g sunflower oil, 2g salt.

Procedure
1. Bring the water with the salt to the boil.
2. Add the Churros mix and sunflower oil to the boiling water. Then remove the pan from the heat and stir well until a nice dough forms. 
3. Beat the eggs into the batter one by one. Let the eggs incorporate well into the batter, when one egg is incorporated the next can be added. 
4. Heat a deep fryer or wok to 180°C. Check if the oil is hot enough by adding some batter. If it turns golden brown in 15 seconds, the oil is hot enough.
5. Scoop some of the batter into a piping bag, using a nozzle with a serrated nozzle. Pipe the batter into strips in the fryer/wok. Make sure the piping bag and nozzle do not touch the hot oil. Using scissors, cut a piece of dough every 10 cm. Fry the churros for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Scoop them out of the oil with a slotted spoon and let them drain on kitchen paper. 
6. If necessary, sprinkle the churros with some sugar and/or some cinnamon sugar.
