Brand New Cake Crumb base mix (Digestive Crumbs) 400g
This is the mix for a perfect crumb base. With this mix from Brand New Cake, you can easily and quickly make a base for a bavarois cake, MonChout cake, cheesecake or any other cake with a crispy base. In addition, you can also use the mix to make delicious Millionaire's shortbread.

Recipe for bavarois cake Ø 25 cm
250g mix, 100g melted butter
Procedure
1. Melt the butter in a pan and mix in the crumb base mix, making sure the butter does not get too hot.
2. Cover the bottom of a baking tin with baking paper and pour the mixture onto the bottom. Then press down well, this can be done with the back of a tablespoon.
3. If the base is well pressed down, the bavarois can be poured onto the base.
4. Let set in the refrigerator for at least 2.5 hours. The tart can also be frozen.

Wheat flour, vegetable fat (palm and rapeseed), sugar, raising agents: E500, E503, wholemeal tarrow flour, invert sugar syrup, salt.
