Brand New Cake Toffee Cake Mix 400g
A true sweet tooth beware! With this mix from Brand New Cake, you can make a delicious toffee cake in no time. This cake is perfect for a treat at work or just for when you're sitting at home on the couch. Who are you going to surprise with a delicious slice of toffee cake? Recipe for a cake Ø 20 - 24cm
400g toffee cake mix, 200g (cream) butter, 4 eggs size M (200g).

Procedure
1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature. 
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot-air oven 160°C)
3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix on low speed for four minutes to a smooth batter. 
4. Fill a greased Ø 20 - 24 cm baking tin.
5. Bake the cake in ± 60 minutes. Do not open the oven in the meantime! The cake is done when it is golden brown and a skewer comes out dry when you prick it in the middle of the cake. 
6. Remove the cake from the baking tin after a few minutes and leave to cool on a wire rack.
