BrandNewCake Banana Bread Mix 500g
Have a few bananas lying around that you don't really want to just eat anymore? No problem! You can use your overripe bananas perfectly for this delicious banana bread. There are lots of variations on banana bread, but with this mix from Brand New Cake, you'll have a deliciously creamy slice of banana bread on your countertop or plate very easily and quickly. 

Recipe
500g Banana Bread Mix, 200g overripe bananas, 100g vegetable oil, 160ml water.

Procedure
1. Place all products at room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 160°C (hot-air oven 150°C). 
3. Mash all bananas in a bowl, using a fork. Add the mix, vegetable oil and water to the bananas. Mix the batter for one minute, until a homogeneous batter forms.
4. Fill a greased baking tin and bake the banana bread in the oven for ± 75 minutes.
