BrandNewCake Betuwse Kersencake-mix 400g
Make a cake familiar from the Betuwe, a region in the province of Gelderland. With this mix, butter and eggs, you can make a delectable cake very easily. To garnish the cake even further, you can use candied cherries, chocolate gallets or with whipped cream That will be tasty!
Recipe for a cake 20-24 cm
400g cherry cake mix, 200g (cream) butter, 4 eggs size M (200g)
Procedure
1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot-air oven 160°C).
3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix on low speed for four minutes to make a smooth batter.
4. Fill a greased 20-24 cm baking tin and bake the cake in the oven for ± 60 minutes. Do not open the oven in between! The cake is done when it is golden brown and a skewer comes out dry when you prick it in the middle of the cake.
5. Remove the cake from the baking tin after a few minutes and leave to cool on a wire rack.
