Brand New Cake Macaron mix 400g
Make the most delicious macarons with this mix containing 400g. All you need is 80 millilitres of water. Once the macarons are ready, you can decorate them as you like to put the perfect sweet treat on the table for any occasion. Then package them a nice macaron box or put them in your shop window.
Recipe
400g macaron mix, 80ml water.
Procedure
1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 150°C (hot-air oven 140°C).
3. Mix 400 grams of the mix with 80 grams of water (add colouring as desired).Then mix for five minutes on the highest setting.
4. Scoop the batter into a piping bag and pipe rounds onto a macaron mat.
5. Let the macarons rest for up to an hour.
6. Bake the macarons for 25 minutes until cooked.

Sugar, almonds, wheat starch, free-range EIwhite powder, emulsifier E472b, E477, vegetable oil, glucose syrup, skim milk powder, thickener E415, iodised salt.
