BrandNewCake Banoffee cake mix 400g
Make a perfect English dessert with this mix from Brand New Cake. This mix is suitable for making a delicious banoffee cake. After the cake has cooled down, it can also be decorated with banana slices, caramel syrup or a delicious dollop of whipped cream. That will be a real treat!
Recipe for a cake 20 - 24 cm
400 g Banoffee cake mix, 200 g (cream) butter, 4 eggs size M (200g).
Procedure
1. Put all ingredients at room temperature.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot-air oven 160°C).
3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix on low speed for four minutes to make a smooth batter.
4. Fill a greased 20-24 cm baking tin and bake the cake in the oven for ± 60 minutes. Do not open the oven in between! The cake is done when it is golden brown and a skewer comes out dry when you prick it in the middle of the cake. <5. Remove the cake from the baking tin after a few minutes and leave to cool on a wire rack.
