BrandNewCake American Cookies Vanilla mix 400g
Get American biscuits to your own kitchen. With this mix from Brand New Cake, you can easily make these delectable biscuits yourself. You can add pieces of bake-proof chocolate as you wish. Recipe
400g American cookie mix, 65g butter, 30ml/g water, pieces of chocolate to taste.

Procedure
1. Mix all the ingredients into a dough and make a roll about 6 cm in diameter. If necessary, add pieces of chocolate or nuts to taste.
2. Let the batter rest in the fridge for an hour.
3. Preheat the oven to 200°C
4. Cut the dough into slices about 1 cm thick and place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof baking paper.
5. Bake the biscuits for about 12 minutes and let them cool on a wire rack.

wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat, cane sugar, whole egg powder, whey powder (milk), dextrose, raising agent E500, salt, flavouring.
