When you think of lemon, you probably think of sour. But lemon is much more than just sour. In fact, when you add a little bit of Patidess Flavouring Paste Lemon, you taste that it actually brings out a whole host of flavours. Its fresh and sour taste makes it the ideal counterpart to the sweetness of icing, whipped cream, marzipan or roll fondant. Add Patidess Flavourpaste Lemon to your buttercream, ice cream, cake filling or bavaroise and your fresh and sour lemon-flavoured product is ready!

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish.

sugar, lemon peel, water, natural lemon flavouring with other natural flavourings, acid (E330), stabiliser (E466), safflower extract.
