Patidess Flavour Pasta Banana 120g
When making cakes or cupcakes with fruit, the flavour banana will probably not be the first thing that comes to mind. Yet partly because of its sweet taste, it is often perfect to combine with chocolate, cream and the sweetness of a cake.
One way to add banana flavour to your baking creation is to add mashed bananas, but it can be easier: Add 35-70 grams of Patidess Banana per kilo and you have a nice sweet banana flavour without the thick, stringy substance of mashed bananas. For example, whisk a little Patidess Banana through buttercream, or make Banana Meringue, for tasty home-made meringue!"

Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total)
to your dish.
