With the Patidess Flavourpaste you can quickly and easily add a delicious chewing gum flavour to your dish! Ideal for various cake fillings and toppings such as buttercream, whipped cream or bavaroise. But you can also add the flavour paste to various batter types (e.g. to those of cupcakes, biscuits and muffins), as well as to your chocolate ganache.

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish.
