Steensma Caramel Cake Mix 1kg
Let the caramel flavour drip over your lips. With this caramel cake mix from the Steensma brand, you can make a delicious cake very easily. Just add some butter and eggs. Finish your cake off with a delicious topping!

Recipe for één caramel cake
450g mix for caramel cake, 225g butter and 4 eggs.

Procedure
1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
2. Preheat the convection oven to 150°C.
3. Grease a cake tin well with butter or with Brand New Cake baking spray.
4. Place the butter in a mixing bowl and swirl until smooth, but not fluffy.
5. Add the mix for caramel cake and eggs one at a time and swirl for 2-4 minutes, until the batter is smooth.
6. Spoon the batter into the cake tin, making sure it is well distributed.
7. Bake the cake in the oven for about 55 minutes until golden brown. To test whether the cake is done, you can stick a skewer in it with a skewer; the cake is done when the skewer stays clean.
