How do you prefer to eat your crêpes? With sugar, butter, jam, Nutella®, fresh fruit, ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate, syrup or something else? For this mix, it doesn't matter what you serve on your crêpes! Steensma is all about quality and taste, so with this mix all your crêpes will taste delicious!

Recipe for about 13 crêpes
500g mix for crêpes and 800ml water.

Procedure
1. Put the mix for crêpes in a bowl and gradually mix in the water until a smooth batter forms.
2. Grease the crêpe baking tray or frying pan with butter or with Brand New Cake baking spray.
3. Pour some batter onto the plate or pan and spread it using a batter divider.
4. Bake the crêpe until the top is dry, then flip it over using a spatula. Fry the other side briefly and then serve the crêpe (lukewarm) hot.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, egg powder, skimmed milk powder, flavouring, glucose syrup, salt, raising agent (E450(i),E500), milk protein. May contain sports of soy and nuts .
