Steensma Brown Baguettes Mix 1kg
With this mix from the Steensma brand you can make your own delicious brown baguettes. Baguettes are great for breakfast, lunch, soup, BBQ or delicious as a snack.  

Recipe for three brown baguettes
500g mix for brown baguettes, 5g dried yeast, 8g salt, 300ml water.

Procedure
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with dough hooks and knead the dough for 5 minutes on the lowest setting. Then knead the dough for 8 minutes on the medium setting. The dough should separate well from the batter bowl. The desired dough temperature is 26°C.
2. Cover the dough bowl with plastic wrap or a slightly damp cloth and let the dough rest for 45 minutes.
3. Shape the dough into a baguette shape and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. You can decorate the loaves with sunflower seeds, linseed or pumpkin seeds if you wish.
4. Let the baguettes rise for 50 minutes in a warm, moist place.
5. Preheat the convection oven to 230°C.
6. Cut the loaves with a sharp knife to create the stripes in the baguettes. Bake the baguettes in the oven for 22 minutes, until nicely golden brown.

Wheatflour, linseed, wheatdurum semolina, sunflower seeds, ryeflour, wheatgluten, wheatbran, soygrits, barley malt flour, sesameseed, stabiliser (E412), emulsifier (E322), barley malt extract, rye sourdough dried, antioxidant (E300), inactive dried yeast, enzyme. May contain sports of egg, milk, nuts and lupin.
