Making Swiss cream with this mix from Steensma is not difficult at all, just add water. Swiss cream is a combination of pastry cream and whipped cream, making it airy in texture and full of flavour. You can use the cream to fill puffs or éclairs, but you can also use it to fill a tompouce, serve it as a topping on your flan or cake or use it in combination with fresh fruit. Let the filling of your baked goods begin!

325g mix for Swiss cream, 500ml cold water

Method of preparation
1. Put the mix for Swiss cream together with the what into a bowl and mix for 5 min. In high gear.
2. The Swiss cream is ready to use immediately, for example as a filling for a pudding roll, cake on tompouce.
