With the Patidess Flavour Pasta, you can quickly and easily add a delicious taste of white chocolate to your dish! Ideal for various cake fillings and toppings such as buttercream, whipped cream or bavaroise. But you can also add the flavour paste to various batter types (e.g. to those of cupcakes, biscuits and muffins) as well as to your chocolate ganache.

How to use
Add +/- 35-70 grams per kilogram (3.5 to 7% of total) to your dish. 

Ingredients
White chocolate (25%) (sugar, cream powder (milk), cocoa butter, emulsifier: (E322 (soy)), sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, vegetable fat (coconut), sugar, flavourings. Contains more than 8% cocoa solids.
