Molen de Hoop Farmers' Boys Cake Mix 400gr
Curious for rum sultanas or farm boys? Then this unique Molen de Hoop Farmboy cake mix is really is for you! The cake is very simple to make with this mix; all you need are some eggs and butter. You can finish the cake off by spraying a tuft of whipped cream on your cake when serving. That is pure enjoyment!

Recipe for a 1.5 litre cake
400 grams of this mix, 180 grams of eggs (± 4 pieces) and 190 grams of soft margarine or butter.

Procedure
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (hot-air oven 150°C).
2. Beat the softened butter/margarine until beatable.
3. Then add the eggs and mix and beat for 2-4 minutes to make a nice batter.
4. Fill the baking tin (capacity 1.5 litres) and bake for approx. 60-70 minutes.

Tip: bake the cake ± 12 hours before consumption, this will enhance the flavour

Sugar, tar wheat flour, sultanas, tar wheat starch, wheyprotein (concentrate) (milk), natural flavouring,  salt, glucose syrup (dried) vegetable oil (cottonseed) , preservative (E202) emulsifier(E472b, E471, E481, E477, E450), raising agent(E450, E341, E500), thickener(E415, E466). This product is produced in a facility that also processes cereals containing gluten, nuts, sesame seeds and milk.
