Damco mix for cream-flavoured strawberry cake Damco 10 kg   

To the mix you only need to add butter and eggs. So with this mix from Damco, it is not really difficult to make a delicious cream-flavoured strawberry cake.

Take 1,000 g of mix for cream-flavoured strawberry cake, 500 g of butter and 500 g of whole egg.

Bring the ingredients to baking temperature. Turn the butter with a butterfly hardener until smooth (not fluffy). Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for about 2 minutes in 2nd gear for about 2 minutes, depending on the amount of batter and the speed of the machine. Bake the cake (approx. 450 g) 60 minutes at an oven temperature of approx. 160°C.

It is also possible to bake the cream-flavoured strawberry cake in a biscuit sheet. For a 25 * 75 cm plate, take 6 kg of batter from above recipe. Line the plate with silicone paper.
Bake the cake for approx. 60 - 70 minutes at an oven temperature of approx. 160°C.

Use advice: 
Butter/margarine of 21 to 23°C with the butterfly to turn smoothly (not fluffy). Add the rest of the ingredients and turn smooth for 2-4 min in 2nd gear, according to the amount of batter and the speed of the machine.
Advice Specific gravity: 900g/l. Oven temperature: ± 160°C. Baking time cakes of approx. 1000 g: 75 minutes. Baking time cakes of approx. 450 g: 65 minutes.
We recommend cleaning the tins immediately after unloading the cake.

Storage advice: store (15-20°C)
