Recipe:
1000 grams Chocolate-flavoured Kapselmix
600 grams Whole egg
200 grams Water

Use advice:
Add egg, water and the chocolatekapselmix into the machine bowl and beat with the wire gard in highest gear for approx. 10 minutes until fluffy, depending on the machine speed. Mix the batter for another 1 minute after turning up, for a fine texture.

Oven temperature: 180 - 190°C
Baking time: 25 - 30 minutes.

Storage advice: keep cool and dry (15-20°C)
