Damco Cakino Mix for sheet cake and piecrust - 20 kg
Cakino mix from the Steensma (Damco) brand. With this mix you can make sheet cake and piecrust, among other things. You only need to add water!

Recipe: 1000 g Cakino - 400 g water.

Procedure:
Add water to mixing bowl. Add the powder and blend for 6 minutes in 2nd gear
smoothly with the butterfly gard. Filling weight for a baking tray 60X40x5(h)cm.:± 2500g.
Oven temperature: ±160ºC-180°C. Baking time sheet cake of 2,5 kg: 45-55 minutes.

Storage: Store cool and dry (15-20°C).
