Damco Banoffee Cake Mix 10kg
Make delicious banoffee cake with Damco's mix. This cake has a banana flavour and bits of caramel.

Content: 10kg

Recipe:
1000g Mix
500g Egg
500g Butter/Margarine

Method of preparation:
Turn butter/margarine at 21 to 23C degrees smoothly with the butterfly (not fluffy). Add the rest of the ingredients and turn smooth for 2-4 minutes in 2nd gear, depending on the amount of batter and the speed of the machine.
Advised specific gravity: 900g/l
Oven temperature: about 160C.
Baking time for cakes of about 1000g: 75 minutes
Baking time for cakes of about 450g: 65 minutes

Tip: clean tins immediately after unloading the cake.

Store in a cool and dry place.
