Damco Dark Chocolate Cake mix 10 kg
Cake mix for a delicious chocolate cake, with a full chocolate flavour and 15% chocolate drops.

For this chocolate cake, you will need:
2,000 grams of Damco dark chocolate cake
1,000 grams of Butter
1,000 grams of Whole Egg
100 grams of Water

Use advice:
Butter to bake temperature. Turn butter with a butterflourer until smooth (not fluffy). Add the rest of the ingredients and beat for approx. 2 minutes in 2nd gear until smooth.

Storage advice: store in a cool and dry place (15-20°C)
