Damco mix for caramel cake 10 kg                                        

With this mix from Damco, it becomes very easy to make a tasty caramel cake. All you have to do is add butter and egg.

For this caramel cake you will need:
1.000 g         Caramel cake
500 g             Butter/margarine
500 g            Egg

Turn the butter/margarine with a butterfly hardener until smooth (not fluffy). Add the rest of the ingredients and smoothen for about 2 minutes in second gear, depending on the amount of batter and the speed of the machine.
Bake the cake for 65 minutes until done (cake approx. 450 grams) at an oven temperature of about 160°C.

It is also possible to bake the caramel cake in a cake plate. For a 25 * 75 cm plate, take 6 kg of the above recipe. Line the plate with silicone paper.
In this case, the baking time is approx. 60 -70 minutes at an oven temperature of approx. 160°C.

We recommend cleaning the tins immediately after baking.

Use advice:
Butter/margarine of 21 to 23°C with the butterfly to turn smoothly (not fluffy). Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 2-4 min. in the 2nd gear smoothly, according to the amount of batter and the speed of the machine.
Advised specific gravity: 900 g/l. Oven temperature: ± 160°C. Baking time cakes of approx. 1000 g: 75 minutes. Baking time cakes of approx. 450 g: 65 minutes.

Tip: Clean the tins immediately after releasing the cake. Storage advice: store in a cool and dry place. Store (15-20°C)
