-1000g Churros mix
-1000g cold water

Use advice:Mix the churros mix and water for 2 minutes in lowest gear to form a homogeneous batter. Then dispense the batter and fry in frying oil at 180C for 2-3 minutes.

Storage conditions: Store cool and dry (15-20C).
